WORK WITH ME
- One on one. Let's figure out together what your health goals are and create a personalized, incremental, realistic plan together to get there. We'll dive into food, sleep, fitness, stress, love--everything that affects wellness. Note: You do not have to be located in New York for one-on-one coaching. I also offer private cooking classes; great if you've adopted a new eating style and want to become proficient.
- In a group. Bring me in to your office, moms' group, or book club, or gather up a bunch of friends who want to take real steps to improve their health. I give talks, lead group discussions, and offer cooking demonstrations as well as classes.
- Online. Go virtual with coaching if what you want is a daily check-in to keep you accountable and cheer you on. I also offer tips and suggestions when challenges arise.
